Arizona Title 4 Management Training – On & Off Sale
This is the advanced compliance course for Management On & Off Sale. It is intended for qualifying owners, agents and managers involved in day-to-day liquor operations. Basic training precedes or accompanies the applicable Management training requirements; Management training does not erase the need for Basic training.
Who Should Take Management Training?
Owners involved in daily operations
Owners actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the liquor business.
Agents involved in daily operations
Agents with day-to-day operational responsibilities and applicable Title 4 training requirements.
Disclosed managers
Managers disclosed to DLLC who are actively involved in day-to-day business operations.
On-sale and off-sale leadership
Qualifying managers overseeing liquor-law responsibilities in hospitality or alcohol-retail operations.
Basic and Management Requirements for Arizona Managers
DLLC licensing instructions require the owner or agent actively involved in day-to-day operations and disclosed managers to submit current Basic / Management Title 4 Certificates of Completion.
Managers actively involved in day-to-day business operations must provide Certificates of Completion for both Basic and Management Title 4 training issued within the past three years.
Basic training comes first or alongside the requirement
Account for the appropriate Basic training before completing Management requirements. Do not assume that a Management purchase by itself meets every Basic certificate requirement.
Current certificates for daily operations
Qualifying owners, agents and managers need to keep their required Basic and Management certificates current when continued compliance requires it.
